When you submit a booking enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, address, property details, and any notes you add about your cleaning needs.

If you start but don't finish a booking, we save the details you've entered - your name, contact details, the service you selected and the step you reached - so we can help if you get interrupted. We use this solely to follow up and assist you in completing your booking. Once you complete a booking, that record is marked as finished and is no longer included in our follow-up list.

How we use your information

• To prepare your quote and arrange your cleaning service.
• To contact you about your enquiry or booking.
• To follow up if you started a booking but didn't finish, in case you'd like help completing it.
• To send you service-related emails, such as quotes and booking confirmations.

Where your information goes

To run our service, we share the details you provide with the following trusted third-party tools. Each is used only for the purpose described:

• ZenMaid - our booking and scheduling platform, where your appointment details are stored and managed.
• HubSpot - our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we keep your contact details and communication history.
• QuickBooks - our accounting software, used for invoicing and billing.
• Email - we send you quotes, confirmations, and follow-ups via email through our email provider.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These tools only receive anonymous usage data, such as which pages were visited and general location. They never receive your name, email, phone number, address, or any booking details you enter.

Data retention

We keep your booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide our service and respond to your requests. Incomplete booking records are retained for follow-up purposes and are removed from the follow-up list once completed.
