Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or entry code. Our teams are fully police-checked and insured, and we will always let you know when we have arrived and finished.

Our signature 8-visit rotation is a structured programme that deep cleans one area of your home per visit. Over 8 visits, every space is addressed thoroughly - it is the most complete cleaning programme we offer.

We ask for more than 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled clean is charged in full. We know life happens - the earlier you can let us know, the better we can work with you.
