Our Move-in Clean is designed for empty homes, so every surface is cleaned before your furniture and belongings arrive. We work through the home room by room, inside and out, from cupboards and drawers to appliances, wardrobes and skirting boards.
Non-toxic, pH-balanced products throughout, safe for children, pets and every surface in your home. Our teams are fully insured and police-checked.
Move-in cleans are only available where a professional end-of-lease clean has already been completed, or in a brand-new building that has never been lived in. This means we're building on a clean base rather than starting from scratch, so we can focus on the detail that makes your new home feel truly fresh.

Kitchen
Inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers wiped, cupboard and drawer handles cleaned, inside of oven wiped out, stovetop and splashback cleaned, range hood exterior wiped, inside of fridge and freezer wiped if present, inside of dishwasher wiped, inside and outside of microwave wiped, counters cleaned and sanitised, sink and taps cleaned and polished, light fixtures dusted, windowsills and window tracks wiped, skirting boards wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms
Inside and outside of vanity cupboards and drawers wiped, inside and outside of medicine cabinets wiped, mirrors cleaned and streak free, toilet cleaned and sanitised including base and behind, shower and tub cleaned including screen and door, tiles wiped down, taps, shower head and drains cleaned, towel rails and toilet paper holders wiped, exhaust fan covers dusted, light fixtures dusted, skirting boards wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped
Bedrooms
Inside of wardrobes wiped including shelves, drawers and rods, wardrobe doors wiped, ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted if reachable, windowsills and window tracks wiped, blinds dusted only if sturdy, skirting boards wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped
Living, Dining and Hallways
Built-in cabinets and shelves wiped inside and out, ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted if reachable, windowsills and window tracks wiped, blinds dusted only if sturdy, air conditioning vent covers dusted, skirting boards wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped
Throughout the Home
Glass doors and windows spot-cleaned inside up to reachable height, light switches, power points and door handles cleaned and sanitised, doors and door frames wiped, dust and cobwebs removed from ceilings and corners, vents (ceiling, wall and floor) dusted
Laundry Area
Inside and outside of laundry cupboards wiped, laundry tub and taps cleaned, washing machine and dryer space vacuumed and wiped if empty, light fixtures dusted, skirting boards wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped
Balcony
Balcony floor swept, balcony door glass spot-cleaned inside and out, balcony door tracks vacuumed
Before We Leave
Stove and oven confirmed off, toilets not running, all taps turned off, windows closed and locked, lights turned off, door locked and keys returned as arranged
Please Note
Move-in cleans are only available where a professional end-of-lease clean has already been completed. The home must be empty of furniture and belongings. We do not treat or remove mould. Carpet steam cleaning and outside windows are not included. Windows and glass are cleaned up to a height we can safely reach standing or from a step ladder.
